A group of containers that perform in either the home or office constructed with unexpected material combinations. Tallboys or armoires (City Center), sideboards (not shown) , end tables and task specific pieces like the Music Box on the right. Beautiful veneers and painted surfaces contrasting with materials like corrugated steel , copper, aluminum angle, glass and light weight cast concrete.
Lynn Sweet is a staff instructor at the University of Kentucky College of Fine Arts
in the Department of Art’s Studio Area, and the Department of Art’s Fine Arts Institute.
His work is in many private and public collections and he has exhibited in many galleries
and shows in the United States and Europe.
